又到了春假，大雄約定與爸爸去白金飯店遊玩。大雄本來非常高興，但是做出預約的爸爸卻不知道飯店實際位置，只好作罷。次日，一個神秘手提箱送到了大雄家裡，大雄通過這個手提箱竟真來到了白金飯店。本來大雄與哆啦A夢在島上愉快的玩耍，但哆啦A夢卻突然失蹤了，原來哆啦A夢被神秘火箭載走了……
